David is a filmmaker based in Raleigh, North Carolina. He writes, shoots, and edits his own projects in addition to collaborating with other artists.

His most recent works include a documentary of the making of ACCORD(ing) during the pandemic (a performance piece by Tea Creative and SoundingLine Arts), two one-minute film challenges, and multiple livestream events for Burning Coal Theatre Company.

He is currently producing a short horror drama, "August", as well as "Gallybaggers", an upcoming creature feature.
David is inspired by classic horror, contemporary metafiction, and genre-bending stories. He is happily married to Nathalie Ray, Development Director for Burning Coal Theatre Company. They live together in Raleigh, NC with their cat, Berlioz.
